1、 Company formation
According to the cooperation agreement between Guangxi Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. and the people's Government of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, a cooperation agreement was signed between Guangxi Tourism Investment Group Zhongsheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. under Guangxi tourism development group and Sanjiang duoyecheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (now Sanjiang Cultural Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County), Guangxi Tourism Development Group Sanjiang Tongda Tourism Development Investment Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Zhongsheng company holds 70% and Sanwen tourism investment company holds 30%. Tongda company completed its registration on December 31, 2014.
2、 Main business of the company
The business of Tongda company is: protection, development, investment and operation of Chengyang bazhai scenic spot in Sanjiang County; Development and utilization of tourism resources and scenic spots; Manufacturing and sales of tourist crafts; Tourism services; Tourism catering services and other tourism services; Car rental; Operation and management of travel agencies; Hotel operation and management; Planning, consulting and cultural brokerage agency services for cultural and artistic exchanges; Sales of works of art and collectibles; Sports Management (excluding chess and cards); Sales of sporting goods; Real estate development; Property management and leasing services; Design, produce, publish and act as agent for all kinds of domestic advertisements.
Tongda company officially took over the operation and management of Chengyang bazhai scenic spot on April 10, 2015.
As of October 2016, Tongda company had 67 on-the-job employees, including 53 employees who signed labor contracts and 14 management consultants appointed by shareholders. Among them, 25 people have college degree or above, accounting for 37.31%.

4、 Introduction to Chengyang bazhai scenic spot
Sanjiang County of Liuzhou city is located at the junction of Hunan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces (districts), with Longsheng and Guilin as the famous tourist city in the East, Congjiang, Kaili and Guiyang in the west, Huaihua and Zhangjiajie in the north and Liuzhou in the south. Chengyang bazhai scenic spot is located in Linxi Town, Sanjiang County, 19 kilometers away from the county seat, covering an area of 12.55 square kilometers and a population of 10678, including a core area of 150 hectares. With rich Dong ethnic customs and rich Chinese Dong original ecotourism resources, it is famous for its unique wind and rain bridge, Drum Tower, hanging foot wooden building, four seasons countryside and its rich folk customs. It is not only the concentration of Chinese Dong culture and Dong ethnic customs tourism, but also the key project of the national tourism investment plan in the western region, but also the Golden Circle of international ethnic customs tourism It is the core node of the "Guilin Longsheng Sanjiang Guizhou" route. Chengyang bazhai scenic spot includes eight natural villages: Ma'an, Pingzhai, Yanzhai, Pingping, Dongzhai, Dazhai, Pingpu and Jichang. It has won the "first batch of landscape villages in China", "top ten charming villages in Guangxi", "national AAAA scenic spot", "China's spectacular village" and "national famous tourist town" "Villages with Chinese minority characteristics" is known as the "hometown of hundreds of festivals". In 2014, Ma'an, Pingzhai and Yanzhai were listed as the preparatory catalogue of world cultural heritage.
5、 Construction of national 5A scenic spot in Chengyang bazhai
Chengyang bazhai scenic spot won the title of national AAAA scenic spot in 2009. Sanjiang County Party committee and County People's government started the bidding, establishment and construction of national AAAA scenic spot in 2013. In July 2014, Guangxi Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sanjiang County People's government, and Tongda company built Chengyang bazhai scenic spot into a national AAAAA scenic spot.
According to the work tasks, Tongda immediately launched the project approval and application for construction of the "improvement project of Chengyang bazhai scenic spot and tourism supporting service facilities in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County" (hereinafter referred to as the "improvement project"), which is divided into three parts: the construction of South, North and middle service areas, the improvement and reconstruction project of the core area of the scenic area and self driving camp (see the annex for details: The implementation plan for the project of Chengyang bazhai scenic spot and tourism supporting service facilities improvement in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County), which is also listed as one of the major projects promoted by the autonomous region in 2016.
At present, the project has obtained preliminary replies such as site selection opinions, environmental impact assessment, energy conservation assessment, social stability risk assessment, geological disaster review and overburden mineral resources review; the forest land report has been submitted to the Forestry Department of the autonomous region for approval, and strive to obtain the approval of occupied forest land before December this year. The design units of South and North service areas and core areas have completed public bidding, and South and North services The design scheme of the core area has passed the review of Sanjiang County Planning Committee, and the final modification of the design scheme of the core area is under way, which will be submitted to Sanjiang County Planning Committee for review.

Brief introduction to the project of upgrading AAAAA in "Chengyang bazhai" AAAA scenic spot of Guangxi Tourism Development Group
In order to further improve the popularity of the "Chengyang bazhai" scenic spot, improve the service facilities and expand the functions of the scenic spot. Guangxi Tourism Development Group will invest 500 million yuan to upgrade Chengyang bazhai scenic spot from the current national AAAA level to the national AAAAA level, and build it into a well-known scenic spot with great influence in the country and even the world, integrating the functions of original ecological national cultural experience, tourism, car camp, leisure vacation and so on.
The total planned land area of the project is 25 hectares, including 19.9 hectares of construction land. The planned total construction area is 43600 m2, including 3400 M2 tourist service center, 13900 M2 Hotel, 18600 M2 residential resettlement room, 5400 M2 public building and 2300 M2 others. The construction period is 5 years. Main construction contents: implement the restoration and improvement of the original ecological village style; Build tourism service areas and improve tourism infrastructure; Construction of supporting self driving camps and Resort Hotel resettlement, etc.
